These before and after photos need little explanation to explain this dramatic improvement to my clients home. The heavy soils proved to be challenging where the amount of preparation and remediation involved was a task to say the least. What lies beneath the surface in all hardscaping and landscapes is the key to a long lasting, sustainable project, and is too often misunderstood, done with minimal effort or skipped completely. I will always go the extra mile and often over build my landscapes to protect my clients investment and my reputation as a professional in this industry. Proper plant selection, base preparation, soil amendments, soaker hoses, geotextile fabrics, geogrid, appropriate compaction, mulch application, seed selection and using pavers and wall block from suppliers who stand behind their products are all keys to a successful end result. Even when all these pieces are assembled, the proper specialized equipment and industry hardware necessary proves to foster another long list of things necessary to make any job meet and exceed the industry standards! Those that know me and work with me understand my personal standards to be high, and I am thankful for Mike Pierce, his hard work and his steadfast patience with me!
