📚 Project Spotlight: Books-A-Million – Perrysburg, OH

KD Building Company recently completed a 16,000+ sq. ft. commercial renovation for Books-A-Million in Perrysburg, Ohio — and the entire project was completed in just 3 weeks, on time.

To minimize disruption to the store, all construction work was completed during evening hours only.

Our scope included:

✅ Demolition of the existing café area
✅ Drywall work and repairs
✅ Interior painting
✅ Electrical work
✅ Removal of old carpet and floor tile
✅ Installation of new commercial carpet
✅ Moving and assembling bookshelves
✅ New door installation
✅ Ceiling tile work
