Great review from Clas... "We had a wonderful experience with Shiner Exteriors for our new roof. From the very beginning, Shiner stood out as the best option to meet our roofing needs. The initial consult with Bill McGarvey (our Sales Consultant) was very thorough and he continued to provide excellent customer service throughout. Bill answered all of our questions/concerns in a timely manner and really set the industry standard for being a wonderful sales consultant. The office staff (Kristen, Carly, and Mike) were terrific! They ensured a smooth transfer of materials, payment, and overall communication throughout the project and beyond. And, finally, Jose Rodriguez (the Foreman) and his crew were amazing! Jose Rodriguez is hands down the best foreman to ever walk this planet. He was on the job site frequently, communicated effectively, and answered all of our questions throughout the entire project! His crew was efficient, hard-working, and meticulous. They were respectful of our property and thoroughly cleaned up the job site (no nails, no debris). Everything was spotless! Thank you Shiner Exteriors for being head and shoulders above your competitors and providing top-notch, customer-focused service! Sincerely, Chris & Claudia"
