Been a long year for GBP&R crew.

Started a 24 unit condo/townhouse project right in the heart of Vienna!

This project has been going on since end of spring last year, and we’re in the final phase of this one.

Our crew has used copper on 99% of our new construction build’s for the last 15+ years.
This builder wanted to use Pex for this project, so we did something different. But, of course wasn’t anything our crew couldn’t handle.

Sewer Ejector pit kept backing up & flooding the house. Homeowners decided they wanted to tie it in directly to the main sewer.

Floor was opened up, and a new 4” PVC line laid down, pit removed & new line tied to existing bathroom group line, then tied into the old 4” cast iron main sewer. Gravel laid over new line, poly plastic sheeting laid & wire mesh. Concrete is ready to be poured.

A few picture’s of some of our recent work completed by our crew over last few week’s.

Previous plumber installed a fiberglass pan, and it ended up cracking a causing a water leak into the lower floor of the home.

So this shower had to be accessible for a wheelchair, we made a small lip so it wouldn’t be hard to get in & out, and had to make the shower small enough for the chair to be movable in the bathroom, but big enough to still enjoy the shower space. Tile floor & wall’s.

Check out this beautiful remodel that our guy’s are finishing up.
Started out as a bathroom with a shower, big whirlpool bath tub that sat in a tile platform, his & her vanities on each side. With a private entrance to the toilet.

Our team completely gutted the bathroom, and changed the layout.
First we made the shower bigger, and added a bench in the rear, added a rain head, and a hand held combo. And a big niché for storage.
We removed the platform/ whirlpool bath and added a deck mount faucet with a freestanding tub.
The old door that entered the room for the toilet, was just a terrible layout. So we went ahead and put in a pocket door for easy access and to make it feel bigger while going in and out.

The homeowner’s had 3 main thing’s on there list, A color changing LED light, fan, speaker combo above the shower. A towel warmer by the tub, and a TV to lay back, relax and drink there wine will enjoying a nice bath. And we made sure they got it.

Rough-in on a new construction home.
