Golf, Good Times, and Great Teamwork! ⛳🏌️

A little golf, some friendly competition, plenty of laughter, and a whole lot of fun!

The Arminco team recently enjoyed a fantastic outing, stepping away from our daily routines to relax, connect, and share some memorable moments together.

From impressive swings to hilarious misses, the day was filled with positive energy, team spirit, and plenty of smiles. And while some of us may be better at golf than others, everyone brought their best game when it came to having fun!

At Arminco, we believe that building strong relationships is just as important as building successful projects. Moments like these bring our team closer, strengthen our connections, and remind us that great results start with great people.

We work together, grow together, and have fun together!

Another Arminco Project Completed

A project we first shared during the ground rough-in phase in the Baltimore area has now reached completion.

What began with underground plumbing, layout coordination, and infrastructure planning has been transformed into the finished Dentistry for Children – Woodlawn practice.

The completed space includes 15 treatment stations, along with dedicated clinical, imaging, support, reception, and waiting areas — all planned to support an efficient workflow and a welcoming experience for children and families.

This project reflects the importance of careful planning and coordination at every stage, from the infrastructure behind the walls to the final finishes and fully equipped clinical environment.

We’re proud to see another Arminco project brought successfully to completion.

Connecting with Dental Leaders at Smile Together 2026

Last week, Arminco’s Charlene Marques represented our team at Smile Together 2026 in Las Vegas.

Smile Together brings dental practice owners and industry partners together in a focused environment built around meaningful, one-on-one conversations. For Arminco, it was an opportunity to meet directly with dental professionals, learn more about the challenges and goals they are facing, and discuss solutions that can support the development and growth of their practices.

Charlene shared:
“Smile Together in Las Vegas provided a great opportunity to connect with dental professionals, industry partners, and vendors from across the country. I especially valued hearing about the challenges practices face and discussing ways to support their growth and success. I’m grateful for the new connections and look forward to continuing these relationships beyond the conference.”

These face-to-face conversations help us better understand what practice owners need today and where they want to go next. We’re grateful for the connections made at Smile Together and look forward to continuing those conversations.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL | DR. YELENA OBHOLZ

Timely. Friendly. Cost-efficient.

That’s how Dr. Yelena Obholz of Aesthetic & Family Dentistry of Washington describes her experience working with Arminco.

For more than 10 years, Dr. Obholz has trusted our team with multiple projects: from building her first office and later renovating it to developing a second location.

Over the years, that partnership has been built on proactive communication, thoughtful design, and staying on time and on budget even when unexpected challenges arise.

We’re especially proud that Dr. Obholz has continued to return to Arminco for new projects and has recommended our team to many of her colleagues.

Thank you, Dr. Obholz, for your continued trust and partnership. We look forward to many more projects together.

Podcast: Building a dental practice starts long before construction

In our latest conversation with DocSites, Sara Reichenbach of Arminco discusses why a thorough business plan remains one of the most important foundations for dentists opening a startup, expanding, or adding another location. Even when a lender does not require one, the plan can help guide decisions around real estate, practice design, construction costs, budgeting, demographics, and long-term growth.

The discussion also explores how location decisions should go beyond simply asking whether an area is “too competitive.” Understanding available market share, landlord concessions, operating needs, and the overall practice model can make a major difference in choosing the right space.

From unexpected permit costs to furniture, financing, and project coordination, there are many details that can easily become overwhelming. That is where experienced guidance and project management can help make the process smoother, more efficient, and less stressful.

At Arminco, our goal is to help healthcare professionals make informed decisions from the earliest planning stages through practice development and completion.

Podcast: Practice Acquisition: When a Renovation Goes Wrong

Buying an existing dental practice can offer major advantages — but without proper due diligence, planning, and coordination, what looks like a straightforward acquisition can quickly become a costly challenge.

In this episode, Artin Safarian, President & CEO of Arminco, and Sara Reichenbach, Integrated Practice Specialist (IPS) / Senior Associate at Arminco, discuss a real-world situation involving a doctor who purchased an existing practice and began renovations — only to face permitting issues, incomplete planning, construction problems, and a county stop-work order.

What was originally expected to be about a one-month shutdown stretched into several months, affecting the practice and its patient base.

Art and Sara break down what could have been approached differently and why evaluating the practice, existing space, renovation requirements, timeline, and overall business strategy before moving forward is so important.

The key takeaway: A practice acquisition isn’t automatically the easier or faster path. Understand what you’re buying, know what comes next, and conduct proper due diligence before making major decisions.
