Recently completed an 11,600 SF renovation within an occupied assisted living facility, delivered through a carefully phased 16-week schedule to maintain ongoing operations.
The scope included high-end corridors, executive-level meeting and conference areas, and a fully reimagined auditorium featuring a new stage, glass railings, an operable separation partition, architectural wall panels, wall coverings, high-end lighting, and coordinated sprinkler and mechanical upgrades.
The auditorium and stage areas were completely rebuilt to support modern use while maintaining safety and accessibility requirements. Additional scope was incorporated during construction, requiring disciplined planning, sequencing, and trade coordination to stay on schedule.
Delivered in collaboration with Alexis Krug Architects (AKA), this project reflects the level of coordination required when working in regulated, occupied environments.
As Right Angle Contracting moves into 2026, we continue to work across the DMV region in a balanced manner — focusing on long-term relationships with architects, owners, brokers, developers, and property management teams to help reposition and improve active assets.
We are also expanding our work into mission-critical systems, where schedule, safety, and coordination are essential.
We welcome conversations with owners and leadership teams planning capital improvements.
A sincere thank you to our RAC team and subcontractor partners for delivering another successful project year ending 2025.
