Clinkscales Land Surveying, LLC is a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business serving Central Alabama, and has maintained an A+ rating since its creation in 2015. We specialize in residential boundary surveys for real estate closings, property divisions, and Plot Plan surveys requested by the City, County, or your HOA for property improvements such as home additions or a new pool or fence.

We also do ALTA's, Topographic Surveys, As-Built Surveys, Property Line Staking, Legal Descriptions, House Stakeouts, FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates, Construction Staking, and special services such as GIS Data Collection and stakeout for landscaping services. Clinkscales, is a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the State of Alabama - AL Reg. He has over 10 years of surveying experience and a broad spectrum of surveying skills. With a Bachelor's degree in Surveying & Geomatics Sciences and a Master's degree in Public Administration, he is prepared to offer quality work at a competitive rate to best suit his client's needs.
