Gabe Lemke designed a true home away from home in Costa Rica for one of our clients. Working closely with the client’s local builder, he developed a complete metric drawing set to ensure a smooth construction process abroad.

The first image is a 3D view created in Revit, the professional design software our team uses every day. The 3D view was then enhanced with AI technology to create a more realistic visualization of the finished home.

As AI continues to evolve, tools like these are helping our designers create high-quality visualizations faster and giving clients a better sense of what their project will look like before construction is complete.

Brady Carrigan collaborated with a local nonprofit organization to develop a new mixed-use building designed to support economic development. The first floor features rentable office suites for small business owners, along with a bank designed with an atrium that brings in natural light. The second floor includes two residential apartment units and an outdoor seating and dining area.

Gabe Lemke designed this three-unit retail building by blending contemporary and rustic elements to complement the surrounding mountain aesthetic. Features include a striking wood slat grille for signage and expansive storefront windows that enhance visibility and natural light. The building is tentatively scheduled to begin construction in 2027, with retail space available for lease.

Gabe Lemke has been leading work on the new Welcome Center at Power Bluff County Park, which will soon offer an office for equipment rental, a cozy warming room for winter visits, updated restroom facilities, a gathering space available for events, and a prep kitchen. Construction is currently on track for completion by summer 2026.

This project reimagined the south side of the client’s home to improve entry access and create a more unified appearance. A new patio and integrated garden bed add usable outdoor living space, and updated walkways make movement from the driveway to the walkout basement easier.

This creative solution was designed by Brady for a new funeral home, thoughtfully modernizing the facility to achieve a monumental, contemporary aesthetic. The building features durable, low-maintenance cement board siding, while the main entrance atrium brings in abundant natural light to enhance the primary gathering space.

Arc Central staff members Gabe Lemke, Brady Carrigan, and Hannah are back at UW–Stevens Point teaching Revit to second-year Interior Architecture students. As 2023 UWSP graduates, they’re excited to give back to the program that shaped their careers and to introduce students to Revit and Twinmotion through real-world project experience.

At the end of June, Hannah wrapped up a renovation that brought new life to a farmhouse untouched for 15–20 years. The home was fully demoed down to the wood studs to create a clean slate and improve the overall structure. She and the client worked together to transform the layout into a welcoming retreat with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an upstairs bunkroom, and a bright open-concept living space. With two primary suites and room for up to 10 guests, the home will soon be available on Airbnb.

Originally designed to accommodate three tenant spaces, this commercial building underwent modifications during development to support five businesses. The design embraces a contemporary aesthetic, blending wood and metal materials for a modern yet inviting appearance. Arc Central was responsible for designing the building shell, while the owner collaborated with tenants to tailor interior spaces. As businesses prepare to move in, our team continues to work closely with the owner and tenants to develop customized layouts that meet their operational needs.
