Arc Central helped bring our client's vision to life with a 1,330 square foot garage addition that doubled the garage space, providing plenty of room for boat storage and a dedicated workshop.

The new addition also allowed for an expanded second floor deck, creating a spacious outdoor living area that's perfect for hosting family and friends. An outdoor kitchenette is still being added, making this backyard retreat even more functional and inviting.

To complete the transformation, the existing gazebo was relocated closer to the water, preserving a beloved feature while creating the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the waterfront views.

Brady Carrigan assisted the client with transforming an existing garage into a mother-in-law suite. The interior underwent a complete gut renovation, featuring new flooring, paint, and updated finishes throughout. Because the original garage was accessed through the kitchen, the kitchen was reconfigured and renovated as part of the project.

On the upper level, two existing bedrooms were combined to create a spacious primary suite complete with a dedicated sitting area. To replace the converted garage, a new attached garage was added to the rear of the home with direct access to a newly designed mudroom and laundry room. As part of the renovation, the laundry was relocated from the basement to the main floor, creating a more convenient and functional layout for everyday living.

Brady Carrigan collaborated with a local developer to create a unique duplex design that can be replicated as a high-quality rental property. Each unit features an attached one-car garage, an open-concept kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a convenient mudroom/laundry space located just off the garage and main living area. Designed with both functionality and comfort in mind, this efficient floor plan is ideal for modern everyday living.

To help keep construction costs down without sacrificing quality, Brady thoughtfully engineered the structure using standard dimensional lumber, eliminating the need for costly steel framing and truss design. The straightforward structural design minimizes beams and heavy load-bearing elements, making the project more economical to build while maintaining long-term durability.

Brady Carrigan designed a garage addition with a new primary suite above. The existing garage had primarily been used for storage because the couple’s truck could not fit inside. With the new addition, they can now comfortably park both vehicles while still maintaining ample storage space. The project also transformed the existing primary suite into a true retreat, complete with vaulted ceilings, an attached bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

At Arc Central, we partner with development companies to create realistic renderings that help prospective tenants visualize the potential of a space. For this project, we developed exterior renderings and façade enhancements for a vacant building a developer was marketing to a prospective restaurant tenant.

Gabe Lemke designed a true home away from home in Costa Rica for one of our clients. Working closely with the client’s local builder, he developed a complete metric drawing set to ensure a smooth construction process abroad.

The first image is a 3D view created in Revit, the professional design software our team uses every day. The 3D view was then enhanced with AI technology to create a more realistic visualization of the finished home.

As AI continues to evolve, tools like these are helping our designers create high-quality visualizations faster and giving clients a better sense of what their project will look like before construction is complete.

Brady Carrigan collaborated with a local nonprofit organization to develop a new mixed-use building designed to support economic development. The first floor features rentable office suites for small business owners, along with a bank designed with an atrium that brings in natural light. The second floor includes two residential apartment units and an outdoor seating and dining area.

Gabe Lemke designed this three-unit retail building by blending contemporary and rustic elements to complement the surrounding mountain aesthetic. Features include a striking wood slat grille for signage and expansive storefront windows that enhance visibility and natural light. The building is tentatively scheduled to begin construction in 2027, with retail space available for lease.

Gabe Lemke has been leading work on the new Welcome Center at Power Bluff County Park, which will soon offer an office for equipment rental, a cozy warming room for winter visits, updated restroom facilities, a gathering space available for events, and a prep kitchen. Construction is currently on track for completion by summer 2026.
