We had the privilege to design and build this beautiful lodge this past winter/spring of 2025. Douglas Fur timber framing is always a great showcase. Loving the black exterior with the real stone colors. The outcome is amazing.

Here is the latest project we completed for Katydid Farms. They grow tea for commercial use. We broke virgin ground, completed site work, storm water management, sewer system, 40 x 80 x 12 frame building fully finished and conditioned with office, lunchroom, restroom, test kitchen, mill room and sales area. This building will also house a space for tractor and equipment storage.
LL Groff and Sons did all design, ground breaking to grand opening.

Today we broke ground on a 12,000 sq ft warehouse addition for MCC Material Resource Center.
This building will help MRC on additional storage space and also house mobile canning units inside in the off season.

Heritage Mennonite Church Project.

We broke ground at the end of June. Now that the site work is well on its way. We get to start on the main build.
Basement is poured, basement floor poured, and framing is being completed now.
Lots of positive changes happening here with the building.

Another project completed.
44 x 54 commercial building.
Abm panel roof and siding. Interior has plywood on the walls. Heat and A/C in this one.
Going to be a very nice shop to work in.

20 x 30 detached garage we just finished.
Standing seam roof with metal board and batton siding from AB Martin Roofing.
Wood double Dutch doors in basement.
Interior has 2x8 yellow pine t&g flooring with attic truss for storage.
Nice small garage for many uses.

We just completed this 80 x 140 post frame building.
- Shop are is on poured concrete wall with 22ft ceiling height and 30ft x16ft overhead door, radiant heat, water, and floor drain.
- Equipment storage area is post frame with 18ft ceiling height with 28 x 14 and 22 x 14 overhead.
This building would make any farmer happy on cold winter days in a nice warm shop.

Today we finished up a project for Lehman Insurance. Total building remodel and interior fitout. What a great rebuild.
