A few finished photos from Mal's job in Stevenson,. The Sod came in wonderfully. And tied in amazingly to the new rock work. The yard now flows away from the house. And everything is starting to tie in nicely! I Can't wait for the raised gardens to bloom next spring!

Back again to this property to replaced the original failing boulder retaining wall along the garage. And well we were at it we cut the parking area down a little more so the home owners could have a flatter parking area for their R.V, along with a 40' x 3' radius boulder wall for a nice new planter area where the tree was that we removed this January, which will be planted and finished up this fall.

We then jumped to the back yard area, removed what was originally going on with some shrubs, small dwarf trees and creeping juniper. In order to bring the boulders out a few more feet and to create a dry creek bed, and so the concrete slab can be extended out 6' and tied into the boulders. With eventually a concrete bridge over the creek to the soon to be new sod lawn. We then continued to remove the sod and correctly level and fix the slopes of the yards. (One section drained back towards the house originally.) all in preparation to bring in a few inches more of fresh topsoil and sod. Will update again once the slab and sod has been finished.

I've noticed i'm a few jobs behind on post. But Don't worry we're still here Jacking up the local Property Tax for all our amazing clients so don't worry........wait i mean were still here doing amazing projects which are making our clients house even more amazing the ever before, with our custom landscaping projects and excavation services rasing the peoples property and resell value one customer at a time!!!!

( Oh sooo i guess that does actually also mean giving we're giving greddy uncle sam (and the country) cough cough... even more money just because people want nice homes and not trashy dumps........ why can't we charge people more money for letting their places run wild? instead of people who strangely like their neighbors and dont want their property looking like someone built a tree fort in the Amazon rain forest.....oh yaa that because the good ol u.s.a decided to go away from gold standard and base the dollar on property value.. so when i do a job for someone they not only want my 50% cut they want there 8% sells tax on every single piece of the project!!!! they also want to increase your house tax which lets be fair is already a joke!!! because why!! Like really why tax us even more for a little nice looking yard!?!? well on short because they can and they want to.....oh and they like printing more money at our expense.....🤦‍♂️

So hey i'm really sorry if anyone noticed a property tax increase after i made you something nice or designed you a killer landscape project or ect...but hey to be fair i dont get a cut of that either....so it makes me mad too!

P.s This was done in my warped humor and was just for jokes, nothing was meant to offend anyone. It was just kind of a running joke with a few clients is all.

I finally was able to get the fire insert finished up for Alig's right before my final surgery Monday, and they blessed me with some photos of the family enjoying there fire pit! I wanted to Thank you guys for being so patient while I have been sick and in and out of surgery since November & I hope you guys enjoy the heck out of your new backyard this year!

Hey everyone just wanted to let people know, if I missed a call from any of you or never returned a call I'm sorry about that. I have been in and out of the hospital since Nov. And I have one more surgery on the 20th this month. So hopefully in April I'll be able to open back up full swing. There is one job I was able to complete in the mean time, I will have to come back once it dries out for final grading considering the 2' of mud currently. For now this is what we have.

Is it just me, or does this time of year make every excavating company feel like they spend more time covering and uncov...

Is it just me, or does this time of year make every excavating company feel like they spend more time covering and uncovering piles then actually work!!!! Thankfully I got everything covered in time before the N.W was like hey I'm back remember me!!?!?!? Ya me it's the Rain your best friend how could your forget about me???? Oh because I went away for 3 months? that was so I could save up all the rain and let it out for you for the next 9 months that's all!!! You thought I left??? You silly goose! That's why you should of been smart and flown south with the others!!! but sense your still here i just wanted to make sure you didn't forget where it is you live and I'll remind ya with 4 weeks of straight RAIN!!!!! 🤬😥😖😭😭

With the finish of our custom fire pit retaining wall we wanted to show updated photos and give a big thanks to Anthony and Sarah Alig. For giving us the wonderful privilege to tackle your backyard project. It was a blast we loved working on your unique custom project! The 40' long boulder retaining wall with a step up and two 17' by 2.5' stamped and stained concrete benches on each side of a 4.5' fire pit which we were able to custom fabricate the concrete end caps for the benches and incorporate a amazing barbecue grill turned out amazing and just in time sense we know how you like to throw yourself some football potlucks parties and gatherings well setting around a nice fire! We also can't forget those open flame oysters you love so much!
So here's to many wonderful outdoor fires and to all the future family gathering with loved ones along with lot of beer.....oh did we mention BEER!?!? We hope you guys enjoy your new back yard as much as we enjoyed making it and working with you guys. And if anything catches any viewers eyes just send a message or give us a call for a free quote on any of your back yard projects or future excavation work or anything else we might be able to tackle for you!
We take great pride in our rock walls! And we only use top grade boulders from Mary Jo Hoffman-Salka at Farwest portable crushing. Thanks again for beautiful boulders!
