Trying fermenting again. Fingers crossed!

These are all carrots. 1 with just brine, 1 with garlic and dill, 1 with garlic and Hungarian peppers, and one with rosemary & sage.

The herbs and peppers came out of the gardens just when the brine was ready.

At least they're all pretty to look at!
