About Us
Renovate Stillwater is hiring an experienced carpenter
to join our residential construction and remodeling
crew. We offer steady local work and are looking for
someone who is dependable, takes pride in doing
quality work, and conducts themselves professionally
on our customers’ properties.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential carpentry experience,
with strong framing and rough carpentry skills required
- Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Able to work independently and solve common
jobsite problems
- Must own the carpentry tools needed to perform the
job
- Must own a reliable vehicle you personally drive to
work each day that can transport your tools
- Must be able to pass a background check
appropriate for work in customers’ homes and on
residential properties
- Must live in Stillwater or surrounding areas in Payne
County
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, siding, decks, additions, structural
repairs, patio covers, pergolas, and other residential
carpentry
- Handle measuring and layout as needed for the work
being performed
- Work alongside and provide direction to a #2
carpenter and helper
- Determine material needs and communicate jobsite
needs or issues to management
- Maintain quality workmanship and a clean,
professional jobsite
Pay
- $26–$30 per hour based on experience, ability,
leadership, and tools
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Work performed in Stillwater and surrounding areas
