This might be one of the most meaningful rooms we’ve ever built.
We recently completed this high-end home office, designed with a "moody" aesthetic, custom cabinetry, and beautiful accents. But the most important feature is hidden in plain sight.
Integrated directly into the wall of built-ins is a custom, soundproof sensory booth.
For this family, having a dedicated "safe haven" for their child to escape the noise of daily life was a priority. Building it right into the office—a room the family uses frequently. It allows for safety and comfort without isolation, blending medical necessity with beautiful design.
