Welch Industries - busy is the by-word. . . this spring and summer has taxed our ability to keep up with the need. We thank God for the opportunity to serve the motor coach industry with air conditioning supplies and service, and thank you for your patience and patronage! -- We are working on some new projects to be introduced soon, so keep in touch. Just to mention. . . help for older "J" MCI coaches A/C system - a new more efficient condenser coil, and some finagling on the later coach compressors as well. We will let you know as soon as available.

HOT summer brings 'em in! We continually have more buses to make cool good, than we can get to. Wish we had a double crew for spring and summer, but thanks to a vigorous economy, that is next to impossible. Those that would be responsible, active and dependable just don't need more work to do. The saying is really true: :"those that want a job, have one and two waiting". We do all we can, and wish we could do more.

Samaritan's Purse - (Franklin Graham's org.) needs volunteers in four states—Arkansas, Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma. We urgently need more volunteers. They do a great work helping people through tough times from tornadoes, fires etc. If you have time on your hands, here's a worthy project!

Last week at 9:pm Mike Rowe, on "the story behind the story",on TBN TV, dug into the early life of Colonel Sanders (KFC) it was amazing! -- This week even more amazing was the early life of Audrey Hepburn, who grew up in N**i occupied Holland, almost starved to death, but survived to become world famous actress!! A program well worth watching. . .

One way I spend my days is on the phone telling folks what's wrong with their coach air conditioning system. Feel free to call me, I will help you. All I ask is let me supply your parts when possible. We have compressors, condensers, hoses, expansion valves, pressure switches and many other things for motor coach air conditioning systems.

Our work normally begins to slow down around October, but I can promise you, we won't slow down! We have several projects in house, and our friends in the bus business will be excited when we announce them! Stay tuned! You're gonna love it...

Air conditioning on big buses can be a big hassle, but our people will find a way to make it work! The electronics on newer coaches especially can be difficult: Their logic defies logic it seems at times. They didn't ask me first or they would not be so complicated. MC-9's, 102's thru first gen "D" coaches, and Prevost coaches did darn well without computers...

Our people continue to amaze me, when facing challenges such as mounting a compressor on a different bus and engine combination, they always find a way! Many other trials come our way, and most often we find a solution. Buses need to cool, that's our job and if I may brag a little, we're pretty good at it!

Busy, busy summer! We have been very blessed in Georgia, none of the extremes that other parts of the country have had. 85 to 90, little more some day. Thank you Lord! Big shipment of condenser coils just arrived, more next week also. now have coils in stock for most motor coaches.
