This customer had someone come out that said they could do the mulch for her and her neighbor, yet just didn't do the work they expected and they just wasn't't happy.

They reached out to us, long story short, they were extremely pleased. That they actually paid more than the actual agreed upon price!

This customer reached out this morning because she had a hard time finding someone reliable for her landscaping and clean up. I came out, showed out and long story short she was more than happy with the results.

There is still some work that needs to be done, but she is now a bi-weekly maintenance customer and I will be doing more installs, and transformations as I go

I cleaned up her lawn, and created this mulch bed for her, and she was pretty shocked to say the least. Her gratitude was unmatched. All for a price that couldn't be beat.

This customer has been AMAZING to work with.
I've yet to meet her in person, but she has been patient, and understanding with me being so busy.
I came out to her property to get her request, give suggestions, etc. we discussed what to do and all the what-nots. She wanted all her bushes, pruned, trimmed, and get my feedback on it. So here goes..

Her crepe myrtles were way over grown, I explained how crepe myrtles are made to be pruned and groomed once planted to get the canopy look they go for. They should be pruned in the winter, all dead branches pulled, and any unwanted branches before they get thicker than a pencil. I did trim lightly and shaped it up bc it was over the driveway. You may see crepe myrtles chopped down like it's a normality, but cutting too short is whats called Crepe MURDER.

Also I noticed some damage on one of the boxwoods, initially I thought root rot but as I looked at it, it appeared to be man-made. As I'm not accusing one of anything but it does appeared to be scalped from lost control equipment or just chopped.

I did cut the lawn a little less than I should have, (which is why you'd see brown uniformed lines as you see in the pics) which this particular I did purposely. that's because the customer had a plethora of w**ds and I explained she actually didn't need a mow bc Bermuda likes to be 1-1/2 to 2 inches in length. Which it already was. I recommend 2 inches to help prevent any scalps caused by dips and to help retain water. That she actually needs to consider fertilization and w**d control. That she wouldn't have to mow as often.
She also asked about seeding. Bermuda is very dominant and with proper fertilizer it will start spreading so in some cases seeding may not me necessary.

With Magnolias, less is more. Cut one wrong branch and it's just a nightmare and eye sore. Just clip lightly the dead bulbs. That's it!

This customer had a complete mess. It's a rental property she's trying to get moved in ready. We cleaned it up, took down lights, and a wooden workout station. The customer was pleased to say the least. She was happy with the results that I'm also quoting her for a paver walkway, master bath remodel, install kitchen cabinets/sink and much more work.
