First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you who has helped make 2024 another amazing year for Property Improvement LLC! Over the years, many of my customers have turned into great friends, and I’m truly grateful for your trust and support. 🙏

As we head into 2025, I’ve made a few important decisions I believe will help me to continue to serve YOU the best I can. Despite rising costs on everything from fuel to parts to insurance, I’ve decided to keep my prices the same for 2025. No increase in rates!

I’m proud to be one of the very few in the industry offering an all-inclusive price. When you work with me, the price you get covers machine time, labor, fuel, mileage... EVERYTHING—no hidden fees or surprises. 🙌

To be very blunt, in order to do this, I need to increase production—and that means I need to serve more awesome friends like you! 💪 I rarely spend money on ads and always do charity/donation work in silence. Sometimes people look at me funny…🤷‍♂️

When I tell them, “I can mow that. “. Often I hear, “Oh, I have a brush hog on my tractor. This stuff is too thick!”
My mower will cut trees up to 4” inches diameter. I have cut briar bushes that were literally taller than the house!

If you’re not sure I can handle your job, give me a call and let me take a look at it. If I can’t do it I will be honest with you. I don’t want to risk tearing up my machine or having an unhappy customer! Sometimes you need the larger more expensive machines.
