Another project wrapped up!

We recently completed this 20’ × 60’ post frame shop in Halfway, Missouri, giving the homeowners 1,200 sq. ft. of clean, insulated space built for year-round use.

This project included:
• 26-gauge metal roofing with 40-year manufacturer paint warranty
• 29-gauge metal siding with 40-year manufacturer paint warranty
• Insulated roof and walls with Therma Guard + 2” closed-cell spray foam
• 4” reinforced concrete floor with moisture barrier
• 8’ × 8’ insulated overhead door
• Two walk-in doors and three thermal-pane windows
• Completed concrete, framing, and exterior shell

From Slab to the finished structure, our crew handled the project from the ground up.

Another completed project!

This 50’ × 60’ hobby shop was built to give the homeowner one dedicated place for equipment, vehicles, tools, and everything in between.

With 16’ sidewalls, three overhead doors, a full concrete floor, and plenty of open floor space, there’s room to pull equipment inside, park vehicles, work on projects, and keep tools and gear protected from the weather.

We also added the details that give this one some character, including the cupolas, weathervanes and additional exterior concrete.

A building doesn’t have to serve just one purpose. Sometimes you simply need a big, functional space that’s built around the way you’re going to use it.

One building. Three completely different spaces.

We recently completed this custom 36’ × 60’ shop with an attached 38’ × 33’ quilting studio near Stockton, Missouri.

The main shop gives the owner plenty of room for his woodworking, while the attached space was built specifically as a quilting studio for his wife.

Inside the shop, we also built a 12’ × 36’ loft, with the area underneath framed out for his music studio.

The finished building features black and Burnished-slate metal, two 12’ × 14’ overhead doors, a ivory interior shop liner, and a custom timber-truss entry with rough-cut Douglas fir posts.

This is exactly what we like about custom buildings, they don’t have to fit into one category. Build the space around what you actually want to do with it.

We recently completed this little project in Creighton, Missouri!

The project included a new 20’ × 25’ post-frame shop built next to the existing home, along with an 8’ × 28’ covered porch that we tied into the existing structure.

The result gives the owner a clean, functional new shop with plenty of additional covered space to enjoy.

Storm damage doesn’t have to be the end of the story. Another insurance restoration project completed in Republic, Missouri!

Our team at Rohlin Structures completed a full exterior restoration on this property’s shop and porch following storm damage.

This project included:
• New 26-gauge metal roofing
• Replacement of damaged metal siding and trim
• New flashing and finishing components
• Window replacement
• New 16’ × 7’ overhead garage door and hardware
• Complete tear-off, installation, and job-site cleanup
