Dad’s Pool Service is looking for a dependable and experienced Pool Technician to join our team as a W-2 employee. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and values consistency and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Solid knowledge of pool chemicals and water balancing (chlorine, pH, algaecide, etc.)
✅ Experience cleaning and inspecting skimmers, filters, pumps, and vacuums
✅ Ability to spot and report equipment issues
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a route
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
Position Details:
Employee position (not a contractor)
Start time is typically early mornings to beat the summer heat
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Company vehicle may be provided after training
Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
Prior pool service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Must be able to lift equipment, handle pool chemicals safely, and work outdoors
