June has been a great month and a busy start to the summer season. At Lenz Construction Company, we’ve been making great progress on several exciting projects:
* Converting a barn into a home gym for a wonderful client we’ve had the privilege of working with for many projects.
* Entering the final stretch of a large whole-home remodel.
* Wrapping up a restaurant renovation featuring custom wood accent walls, crown molding, and new flooring.
* Completing a patio project with pavers and pergola modifications.
* Breaking ground on a large commercial framing project.
* Beginning a new kitchen remodel for a great family from our church.
Outside of work, June brought a major milestone for our family—we moved into a new home. After seven wonderful years in our previous house, our growing family had simply outgrown the space. That home holds so many great memories, and we’re grateful we were able to remodel an ADU on the property and are now renting both the house and ADU to two wonderful families.
We’re already enjoying the extra space in our new home, especially the luxury of having more than one bathroom for our family of seven—with baby girl due to arrive in August!
The month was also filled with swim season, family time, cousins visiting from out of town, and a restful Father’s Day celebration.
We’re incredibly thankful for all that June brought and are excited to see what July has in store.
