I was sent this randomly last night regarding my fight against the scammer locksmiths on tictok.
"Idk if this will help or not but lol when it comes to locksmith call centers..at least the one I work for our main office is in Florida. Two of our main clients name are Mike and Sean. It's run by some people in India a company called fusion. Not sure how to explain how they work but basically us the call center are just here to take the calls and from there the info is sent to the technicians we are contacted with. Most of time we ourselves don't know the name of these technicians alot of them are isreali/russian/Indian. When it comes to prices we aren't allowed to give a price and the technicians don't even want to give customers a price for the same reason. Half of these technicians don't even know what they are doing I don't think they even get asked for a license to get the job. The prices they quote are high because of 1/3 ish goes to the company (fusion /the call center people) so if technician only need $110 for a job we have to add $30-$60 to get our cut sometimes. Funny enough the technicians also try to scam the company itself usually by asking or giving the customer their personal phone number so they can complete the job and take the job without giving back to company. These technicians are also very disrespectful in most cases and harshly racist sooo there's that. And yeah idk what im doing this for i guess kinda to just out the company since the company itself is pretty garbage. I honestly didnt think people were aware but they are and im hoping they just find a way to stop using the company. Honestly all it takes if for customer to give a zip code and a cross street, all it takes for a job to be sent technicians and customer get bombarded with calls either because they didnt answer the tech the first time or because these technicians always want the most or like asking for credit cards on file etc. So as a call center agent for these very same sh*tty locksmiths trust me alot of us know how garbage the company is and how shady it is towards customer. The agents are just doing their job but its always they higher ups ALWAYS. I couldn't tell you the amount of people who call back to submit complaints or say they will report to the BBB and so far nothing has made this company collapse. I know some people need the job but boy I would love to see the day this company goes out of business lol. So yeah just wanted to spill some tea from what's happening on this side lol"
