Earlier this week, Bob Landi recognized Gloria Doty in front of Heatcraft senior leadership and Lennox executive leadership for her contributions to Heatcraft and the broader organization.
While Gloria’s current role is executive assistant, anyone who works with her knows her impact goes far beyond one title. She supports leaders, strengthens teams and contributes across marketing, events, HR and day-to-day operations — often behind the scenes and always with consistency and care.

Gloria recently marked 13 years with Heatcraft, having started in transportation and customer support before growing into the trusted role she holds today.
