The grading for GAB has been completed to the final elevation, encompassing the curved area, with a total volume of 300 tons. Additionally, a pipe has been installed to facilitate the crossing of the power cable, thereby safeguarding its structure and ensuring optimal functionality.

⚡️We are excited to announce our latest initiative aimed at enhancing safety and efficiency during your daily commute in Covington, GA, through the development of a new roundabout. 😮💨 Today, we successfully poured approximately 72 yards of concrete for this roundabout, including stamped concrete, and constructed a ramp and sidewalk. 💪🏻

We continued our work on the grading!
We successfully finished the grading at Hardee Avenue in Atlanta. We ran some tests to make sure the ground was stable. We had to remove 1.5 inches of gravel and add more asphalt to create a solid base.

Today, we used 64,52 tons of material to create a flat surface that drops 24 inches below the ground level, adding 1 foot of stones. 🪨 A lip above the A2 box was also added to help the water flow out💦⚡️

Summit Construction & Development LLC (SUMMIT C+D) began operations in 2008, providing premier construction site development services. Since then, we have gained the trust and confidence of our clients by adhering to a set of core values and principles, including dependability, transparency, quality, safety, and operational excellence.
When we first began operations, we did so as a specialty subcontractor, executing mostly small-scale repair work. By 2012, just five years thereafter, Summit C+D started operating as a principal contractor, working directly with contract owners. This expanded capability, and ability to provide the appropriate licenses, insurance, and bonding capacity, allowed us to perform larger scale work not just within Georgia, but also in Alabama, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee. Other accolades soon followed, with the attainment of Preferred Contractor status with Georgia DOT and license as a State of Georgia Utility Contractor. In 2019, we were the recipient of the prestigious ‘Contractor of the Year’ award of the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association (GHCA).
Today, Summit C+D offers a full array of services to owners, government entities, and contractors with turnkey packages that take care of every aspect of the site preparation process with one simple contract. We specialize in all aspects of site development, including: clearing, grading, and utilities; asphalt paving; concrete site work; demotion; and hauling.
