Space, Reimagined.

The biggest transformation in this bathroom wasn't adding more—it was rethinking the layout.

Removing the built-in tub created space for a freestanding soaking tub, while a frameless glass shower and a larger window opened the room and brought in significantly more natural light.

Every change was made with one goal in mind: creating a bathroom that feels brighter, more open, and effortless to enjoy every day.

For this primary bathroom, the homeowners wanted more than updated finishes. They wanted a space that felt brighter, more open, and easier to enjoy every day.

Their existing bathroom no longer reflected how they used the space. It felt closed off, the oversized built-in tub took up valuable room, and the overall layout wasn't making the most of the square footage.

Our goal wasn't simply to replace materials. It was to create a bathroom that felt more functional, more inviting, and one they'd genuinely enjoy spending time in.

White Marble Look meets Matte Black

One of the biggest transformations in this bathroom had very little to do with square footage.

Instead, it came from removing visual barriers.

When I first walked into this bathroom, it felt closed off and disconnected. The enclosed shower blocked natural light, the built-in tub made the room feel heavier than it needed to, and the space simply didn't feel like it was reaching its full potential.

By replacing the original shower with a frameless glass enclosure, installing a new window, and introducing large-format marble-look porcelain tile with matte black and brushed brass accents, we completely changed how the room feels—without adding a single square foot.

One of my favorite details is the floating vanity. It creates more visible floor space, helping the room feel lighter while adding clean, modern lines that complement the rest of the design.

Every decision in this remodel had a purpose. The goal wasn't simply to create a beautiful bathroom—it was to create a space that feels brighter, more open, and more enjoyable to live in every day.

How Long Does a Bathroom Remodel Really Take?

It's one of the first questions homeowners ask me.
