To say it’s been a hectic spring is a serious understatement. Team MCLD is working hard and building some spectacular new landscapes that I can’t wait to share with you all soon!

In the meantime, earlier this week I snuck off to my happy place for a few hours to mow and soak up some very much needed sunshine. The changes continue to amaze me. The evolution of this novel plant community continues to reveal so many interesting plant and animal interactions as this overgrazed land spontaneously transitions to a period of curated fallowness.

There are too many interesting moments to share all at once, but my mind is filled with new ideas and insights about land stewardship that I hope to be able to share soon. Stay tuned my friends….
