🚨This is why contractor selection matters🚨
We just finished a Trex deck project where the homeowner had previously been taken advantage of by an unqualified contractor. What you’ll see in these photos is poor craftsmanship, improper installation, shortcuts that could have led to serious safety issues, & complete failure to provide services that were paid for!
Unfortunately, stories like this are becoming more common. Cheap quotes, no permits, no warranties, and no accountability leave homeowners stuck paying twice. Once for bad work, and again to fix it.
When hiring a contractor, always:
✔ Ask for references
✔ Verify insurance
✔ Get a detailed written estimate
✔ Make sure they stand behind their work
If something feels off, trust your gut.
