24 x 48 home, 2 bedroom with full bath and half bath with laundry room. No plan we just winged it and adjusted as we went. The home owner (friend of mine) was my helper and he done great. We done the excavation and poured the footer. Goodin's Masonry and Concrete done the block foundation and we framed it.

No before pictures, pulled out around 7 ton of dirt for carport to be poured after the roofs built and bedded old drive way and extended gutter drain. Thanks Joshua Lambert for referring and Caleb Monroe for the work.

Standing water isn't good. French drain also connecting gutter down spouts and culvert removed under the driveway connecting these two homes. Problem solved.
