Right Way Restore is Hiring a Tile Professional (Full-Time)

Greater Columbus, Ohio Area | $25+ per hour (based on experience) | Weekly Pay

Right Way Restore is a home renovation company that takes pride in high-quality work and meticulous attention to detail. We’re looking for an experienced tile professional who can deliver exceptional craftsmanship on kitchen and bathroom projects and ideally bring additional skills in related trades (e.g., drywall, trim, light plumbing, or cabinet installation).

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong tile installation experience, including layout, cutting, setting, and grouting with precision.
-High attention to detail and a commitment to clean, beautiful finishes.
-Ability to handle other kitchen & bathroom tasks (bonus if you can assist with finish carpentry, vanity installs, or flooring).
-Professionalism with clients and the Right Way Restore team.
-Reliability, punctuality, and pride in your work.

Position Details:
-Start as a subcontractor / 1099 with the opportunity to transition to a W-2 employee once we’ve established a good working fit.
-Competitive pay based on experience and scope of work.
-Steady renovation projects—kitchens, bathrooms, and more.

Check out this beautiful hardwood floor we just finished for our client in Upper Arlington. He started with some dated red tile — likely from the late 70s or early 80s — and wanted a fresh, modern look.

We removed the old tile and installed brand-new white oak. Then we sanded down the existing white oak in the living room so everything could be stained to match seamlessly.

We also replaced the old cork flooring at the garage entry with durable rubber flooring for easier cleaning and maintenance.

✨ Friday’s Kitchen Update!
This update is from last Friday. I was wishfully thinking we’d have granite installed today (Monday), but the slab won’t be available for fabrication until Tuesday — so installation is now scheduled for Wednesday.
In the meantime, we’ll be finishing all the lighting, installing cabinet pulls, getting started on the flooring, and wrapping up the rest of the finishes.
We’re going to have one very happy client next week — just in time for Christmas! 🎄✨

Here’s a look at the other kitchen we’re working on — this footage is from last week. Since then, we’ve completed the sanding and priming and started installing the cabinets. Today the granite team is measuring and prepping for installation on Monday.
Our mission: finish this kitchen before Christmas.
Our client is amazing and has full trust that we won’t ruin her 2025 Christmas — and we’re determined to deliver! 🙌
Right now, the only holdup is the range hood. It was supposed to arrive yesterday and is now delayed until sometime next week. Hopefully the mailman doesn’t cause us any setbacks… or he’s going straight on Santa’s naughty list this year! 🎅📦
Stay tuned for the final transformation — this kitchen is going to look incredible!

The island is finished, the quartz is installed, and the herringbone backsplash is well on its way to being completed. We’re nearing the finish line now!

All that’s left is to grout the backsplash, install the faucet and garbage disposal, finish setting the appliances, do a final clean — and then enjoy a feast with our amazing clients in their beautiful new kitchen.

They don’t know it yet… but we’ll be stopping by on Christmas to crash the dinner party! 😉🎄
