Finally caught up enough to work on some projects around our place. Got rid of a large brush pile from clearing for our driveway years ago, graded the area. Built a new barn/equipment shed building pad and stoned it. Extended the driveway out to the pad with millings. Then finish raked all of it to remove rocks for seed and mulch. Also got the shop ceiling in so we can get some insulation and heat in it for winter.

Perfect example for our excavator mulcher setup yesterday for this repeat customer on Hennen Lane Coolville, OH. Steep ditch line and tree line and ravine needed cut back from years of neglect and growth. Inaccessible with the skid loader so we put the excavator and mulching head to work. Sometimes stepping out of your normal and tackling things that are more challenging that you don’t typically take on helps you grow. This project definitely had its ups and downs with this horrible weather we’ve had. But we finally wrapped this one up today in Westerville Ohio.

9 months off and on from start to finish. We started this project in the winter of last year from heavy woods. Cleared for driveway, installed two culvert pipes, installed rock and stone base, cleared a large chunk of woods and de-stumped, cut a pad in moving a large amount of dirt, leveled off an elevated pad area for the structure, installed under drains all the way around the building to the creek both ways, cut drainage and slope back away from the building, dug in utilities, places stone around the building for drainage and backfill and topped off the driveway and parking area. A lot of challenges were over come with water issues and springs in the hillside etc but seeing it finally come together makes all of it worth it!!!
