Awesome open floor plan! New construction 40x40 with full basement. I'm behind on posting this. Thanks to my crew for all their hard work. Also thanks to HKU Services for all the excavation, Kreider Services for installing the HVAC, Rambo Drywall, Painting by Jesse Meyers, and Goetze Brothers did an amazing job on all the flooring. Thank you Garrett for having us build your home! We really enjoyed this project and hope you enjoy it for decades to come!

I'm running a bit behind of posting our last several projects. Here is our new construction house we finished in October 2022. 3 bed, 2 bath, radiant floor heating, acid etched concrete. Stairway and range hood were all done with lumber from an old barn that was on the property! As well as the tin under the covered porch. A huge thank you to the Buckler family for choosing us to build your home for you. It was a pleasure!

This is our latest cultured stone project and it turned out amazing! 20000 lbs of cultured stone and caps, 15000 lbs of cinderblocks, 35000 lbs of mortar mix/concrete and over a 1000 man hours of labor for the stone alone. Heated tile floors on the lower level, screened in with built in heaters in the ceiling. Floating tile on top of TPO on upper deck w/ hidden gutters. Thank you to Tom Rainey, Chuck, Cody, Kaleb, Travis, Tony Baker, Jack and Jimmy Clift for all your hard work along the way! I could not have done it without you guys!

Check out this new addition! We blew the side of the house out to add a master bathroom, master closet and new guest bath. 10' ceilings made it feel huge inside. Heated tile floors, his and hers vanities, walk in shower, and a massive walk in closet with laundry as well! We also set up a man cave in the garage. Thank you to the Adams for choosing us. You were wonderful to work for as usual! And thank you to all the guys that helped on this project (Mike, Travis, Cody, Kaleb and Dan)

Currently looking for an experienced stone mason or perhaps general laborer for mixing concrete/mortar, cutting stone, moving materials. Experience installing native or cultured stone is a big plus. Must have dependable vehicle to get to jobs (mostly around the lake, Four Seasons, Rocky Mount, and Laurie) and a working cell phone. Starting pay will depend on experience. We can evaluate performance/production within a few weeks and go from there if you would like to work full time with the rest of the crew handling the construction/remodel aspect of the company.
No shows will never be considered again so please be serious if you apply. Our crew is known for being polite and honest and I expect that from anyone that applies.

We are proud of this one! Original kitchen was 13'x12' and that just wasn't enough room for the grandkids. So we added another 13'x15' addition to the kitchen with a screened in 10'x15' sun porch on the lake side. All the cabinets were custom made by Hodges Cabinets in Stover. All of us at Koon's Construction would like to thank the Adams family for choosing us for their project. We hope you enjoy the new kitchen!

Koon's Construction would like to thank our friends Randy and Teri Adams for choosing our company for this project. They were delightful to deal with and the whole crew enjoyed working for them. We added approx 720 sq ft of living space over what originally was their 2 story decks. A 16' lower deck on the lower level and 12' on the upper both done with composite decking w/ hidden fasteners and black metal wraps to match the black aluminum railing. KP Premium Flagstone vinyl siding, Owens Corning Estate Gray Duration shingles. Aluminum soffit, fascia and seamless gutter. Carpet and vinyl plank for the flooring. This is a project we did for our good friend Paul. We installed premium Maxim Board and Batton vertical vinyl siding, aluminum soffit, fascia and seemless gutter. He also wanted to revamp his 12x36 deck so we built him a 12x12 sunroom with Quaker windows, sliding door, 1x8 car siding w/ cedar trim (all custom stained). We also built a 12x24 pergola to help with the summer heat. Thank you Paul for choosing Koon's Construction!

This is our lasted James Hardie project. We installed James HardiePlank siding, Arctic White w/ smooth finish and 5 1/4" reveal. HardieSoffit and fascia including all covered porches and breezeway.
