Although we've done our fair share of home building over the years, we actually got our start in historic building renovation. Our owner and founder, Steve Sisler, began
renovating historic buildings with his mother during his teenage years. The principles that he learned during those early days on the construction site have played an important role in the development of our company. THE PRODUCT
For us, the construction process is about delivering a superior product on time and within budget. Our commitment to doing the job right the first time, backed by a breadth of experience, skills, and education, brings intrinsic value to any Sisler project. THE PEOPLE
Our business is as much about building and maintaining relationships as it is about building houses. Over the years, we’ve earned the trust and respect of homeowners throughout the Central Vermont region. Quite a few have become repeat customers. In this business, we depend on each other in real, tangible ways. None of us could build a high quality house or complete a first-class remodeling project on our own. So we work hard to maintain good relationships with our clients, employees, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Our investment in these partnerships has resulted in a terrific team of talented people who are always ready and willing to jump in and support us in any way necessary to get the job done right. For us, this shared sense of project stewardship is what gives meaning to the concept of "teamwork."
