Here is a property I recently purchased in Amarillo that I’ve been improving so we can operate out of it.

Some of the work we’ve completed includes:

- A 30' culvert with sloped concrete ends built to Randall County specifications, along with a caliche driveway roughed in
- Four-rail gated entryway
- Cedar post and 5-strand barbed wire fencing along the road frontage
- 5-strand barbed wire perimeter fence with (4) T-post to (1) pipe line post
- A 25' × 50' metal building, with half serving as a small shop and the other half as an open-sided storage area

There’s still quite a bit of work left to do, but it has come a long way from being just a bare piece of land.
