This Nashua home got much more than a new roof.

Located off Coburn Avenue across from Nashua High School North, the house has several roof sections with different pitches. We replaced the existing roof with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Slatestone Gray and finished the roofline with jet-black drip edge.

The biggest visual change came from replacing the dark wood fascia and window trim with bright white AZEK PVC board.

That new color combination made a huge difference. The Slatestone Gray roof contrasts with the bright white trim, while the black drip edge adds a clean accent between the two. Set against the home’s light brown exterior, everything feels more defined and balanced.

The AZEK trim also gives the homeowner better protection against moisture and future rot than traditional wood, with far less upkeep over time.

A great example of how the right roofing and trim choices can update an entire exterior without changing the character of the home.

We love a challenge at Compass Exteriors! We recently completed a unique roof replacement in Deerfield, NH, right near the fairgrounds.

This castle like home looks like something from Game of Thrones, with stone turrets and custom truss framing. For the turret areas, our crew installed EPDM rubber roofing and used specialized sealing details where the roof met the stone.

Another Newmarket project finished up.

This one included CertainTeed siding, a new front door, almond metal-wrapped fascia, and properly backed utility details around the home.

The front door and fascia made a big difference alongside the siding, and the PVC backing helped keep the meter panels and penetrations from looking like an afterthought.

New roof wrapped up in Pembroke, NH.

This one had a few different pieces to it: Owens Corning Duration shingles in Peppercorn on the main roof, matching shingles on the gazebo, and EPDM rubber roofing on the low-slope section where shingles weren’t the right call.

We also installed a black metal ice belt across the eaves, which created a clean, finished look along the roofline.
