Another project we did last winter. Im Sorry, im not good at updating the page,but got time now so will try and get more photos on here . This is an Rv home attached to a breezeway attached to the existing garage, up in lake county Illinois. Just south of Wisconsin

Announcing our winter promotional here at JDC/HomeWorks.

As usual, local free estimates, but in a push to gain work in the colder months, all our estimates will be 100% guaranteed. $0 upcharge on any materials, what I pay is what you pay. 100% transparency, my 5% contractors material discount at certain distributors, is your 5% cash discount on all eligible materials paid for at time of delivery.

Additionally, to help out those that live to help others, all LEO, first responders, active, part time and retired, along with all active military, reserve, retired and veterans will receive an additional 10% off labor. And not to exclude anyone, this not only applies to Streator residence, but all of Illinois including our men in brown hats, the wonderful officers of the Illinois state Police.

Along with this promotion, I'm offering a finders fee to all leads that result in jobs sold for the winter season. $100 and up for any job over $1000 in labor. Tis the season of giving, and here at JDC/HomeWorks we believe in giving back!
