Great review from Ted... "Had our backyard fence installed about a year ago along with a gate on either side of the house.
We went with the wood plank and it has held up nicely throughout the seasons.
The installation crew was prompt and efficient from the start, communicating with me via phone several times during the process.
We had a small issue that was handled through the owner without question or hesitation, the fact that he personally reached out speaks volumes.
Recently, we had one board warp and a slight alignment issue with one gate, it is an imperfect world, none the less, one 5 minute phone call and 2 days later, the crew was out to replace the board and reinforced BOTH gates. No questions, no issues, no hesitation.
