My morning adventure today was helping out a homeowner with a small facia issue. It wasn’t a big job. It wasn’t something that needed an estimate, a contract, or a crew.

A new roof is only as good as the care that goes into every part of the job—including the cleanup.

Today we met with a homeowner who had a roof installed by another company. The first concern wasn’t the shingles… it was the cleanup. They kept finding nails in the yard, and after every rain, more roofing nails would wash out of the downspouts.

As you can imagine, that started to make them question everything about the installation.

After performing a thorough inspection, we were able to give them some peace of mind. Overall, the roof was installed well. We did identify a couple of minor items that should be addressed, but thankfully there were no major installation concerns.

This is a great reminder that cleanup isn’t just about making the yard look nice. It’s about safety, professionalism, and giving homeowners confidence that every detail mattered.
