Our client contacted us because their air conditioning system was not cooling the home effectively. After performing a thorough diagnostic evaluation, we determined that the system was low on refrigerant due to a leak. This copper tube was positioned too close to another copper tube, and ongoing mechanical vibration caused the lines to rub together, resulting in a pinhole leak. Our team identified the issue in under 30 minutes using a high-pressure leak detection process.
