Old house, but new windows, wrapped windows and fascia with trim coil and everyone's safe lol! Next up, touch-up paint on the inside, cabinets, flooring, power washing the outside and some fresh porch paint and Joe, his wife Amanda and son James can move in to their new (old) home!

Sometimes the house is too old to be level, but not too old to custom make thresholds ⅝" difference with a bow from left to right. Make it work. More pics to come...

Someone put a new water heater in this woman's house, took the money, and walked away. They pieced the pipes together, which all leak, saw more leaks, cashed her check and stopped answering her phone calls. Don't worry... we'll fix it for her!
