How long does it take to design your custom home?

Depending on the home's size and complexity, the design process may take around three months or longer. Larger homes may also require additional engineering and coordination.

One of the biggest factors affecting the timeline is how quickly the plans come together. When you have a clear vision, decisions can move forward more efficiently. Multiple rounds of floor plan and elevation revisions can add weeks or even months to the process.

The long, linear layout creates a strong sightline from the kitchen toward the adjoining living spaces and the windows beyond. The continuous ceiling treatment emphasizes the length of the space, while the varied ceiling heights help define the transition between rooms.

The large windows at the far end of the space bring the exterior into view, giving the kitchen a visual destination rather than making it feel like a room that ends at the cabinetry.
