Dock workers were moaning that they were getting electric shocks when they were in the water, enter me starting looking around and testing Then I found this buried in the ground next to the dock, even I was surprised at this and I've seen a lot, live 240v 100amp service laying unprotected and leaking current directly into the water, so people do t hire monkeys to do work that may kill you
