LEAD FOREMAN POSITION AVAILABLE WITH BENEFITS, COMPETITIVE PAY & PROFIT SHARING.
We are looking to add a self-motivated individual to our landscape team that wants to take the lead on running jobs and be a part of business operations, including increasing efficiencies, input on equipment purchases, input on hiring, etc. The position available is a lead foreman that is able to complete landscape installation projects ranging from paver patios/driveways, natural stone walls, natural stone steps, precast block walls, beds including plantings, mulching, edging and prepping and seeding lawns. Some landscape maintenance is likely, but kept to a minimum. Snow removal is an option but if employee chooses not to participate in snow removal salary will be lowered. Pay is based on experience ($45,000-$52000). We offer health insurance, retirement and paid vacation. This position would also come with a profit sharing benefit. Please include years of experience in the field with a detailed summary of your landscape experience.
Lead Foreman Requirements:
-Must be available Monday through Saturday as needed in season
-Must work 45-50hrs minimum in a season (Spring - Fall)
-Manage crew efficiency to ensure work is performed within budgeted/contracted hours
-Oversee day to day operations including planning for daily projects
-Ordering materials for upcoming jobs
-Landscape installation & maintenance projects
-Communicating with customers in a professional manner
-Documenting job hours, materials used on jobs, and equipment used on jobs
-Keeping yourself and direct reports motivated
-Holding yourself and direct reports accountable for their attitude and quality of work
-Maintain equipment in a working manner
-Creating and maintaining a safe work environment
-Interviewing and hiring new employees
-Overseeing and performing snow removal operations (if participating)
-Experience with snow removal (if participating)
-Keep up to date communications with upper management
Other Requirements:
-Must be able to lift 75lbs throughout workday
-Must be able to work in all weather conditions
-Must have a clean driving record and maintain a clean driving record
-Must be able to pass drug test
-Skid steer experience
-Ability to drive dump trucks and pull equipment trailers
-CDL is preferred
