Happy Friday! We wanted to share a few photos of a recently completed project in Egg Harbor. This project included quite a bit of coordination with both the architect and builder through the design and build phases. It features cut bluestone patios & steps and a tumbled bluestone driveway. All these features were installed as permeable systems to comply with local codes. The clients requested a simple demarcation of the property on the roadside and this was accomplished using masonry stone columns to match the house and a custom wrought iron fence running along the right-of-way line. Both serve their purpose but do not overwhelm the view of the house. The plantings were designed using a fairly simple and lower maintenance palate to complement the house and soften the hardscape features. We would like to thank everyone involved in the project, particularly Nick Hoffmann and Connor Preston for all of the effort into bringing this vision to reality!
