I would like to thank my parents once again for the opportunity to help on their recent kitchen remodel. It still amazes me how a few subtle changes can transform the entire look of an area. Those changes included opening the octagon tray area to a more modern appearance, installing a shiplap ceiling, installing new LED lighting, repainting the kitchen, and installing a new entry door. My parents put the finishing touches on the area by installing new crown molding, trimming out the tray area, and installing a modern fan/light combo.
It looks absolutely amazing!

The black and white tile shower is a stunning focal point, blending classic style with a modern edge. While there are too many details to list, every inch of this space was carefully crafted to reflect the homeowner's vision.

We would like to give a huge thanks to this homeowner for choosing Burcham Contracting on their bathroom remodel.
We were originally called to install a border around the perimeter of the existing shower. After a few suggestions and trying to actually decide on a particular tile, the homeowner inquired about removing the entire unit and installing a new tiled shower.
We began demo by removing the existing bulkhead to allow for the proper installation of a frameless shower door. This also allowed for better lighting in that particular area. Once the existing shower was removed, we were able to frame the required areas, along with installing the waterproof system. The homeowner chose a beautiful 12x24 porcelain tile along with the octagon mosaics to complete. All trim perimeters were completed in a matte gold finish. To complete this area, a Vigo Elan frameless shower door was installed along with Delta shower controls.

We would like to give a huge thanks to this homeowner for choosing Burcham Contracting on their deck remodel.
After removing all of the existing materials, we installed new deck boards on the floor and perimeter areas. During this time, the homeowner chose to upgrade the deck railings to a vinyl material. This upgrade definitely gave the area a much better appearance. Once the treated material has properly cured, we will return to install a deck sealant.

We would like to give a huge thanks to this homeowner for choosing Burcham Contracting on their home remodel. The two areas completed consisted of a large guest bathroom and the master suite bathroom. The guest bathroom was a complete transformation in the end. The entire area was basically demoed, and new materials were installed throughout. This area originally included a shower/tub combo in which we removed and installed a beautiful walk-in tile shower along with a frameless shower door by Dreamline. New 1x2 porcelain tile flooring was installed. New custom built (Amish) cabinetry was installed. The quartz countertops, along with the matte gold fixtures, completed this area.
The master suite bathroom included a new tile surround and niche along with a matching shower door by Dreamline. This area also received a new vanity, toilet, and fixtures to complete.
