Just to clear up any confusion, our emergency services are available through ctvalleyseptic.com, where you will be prompted to enter your contact info and nature of emergency. Someone will contact you shortly after.
For many years our answering machine gave out an emergency number (my cell phone), however more and more frequently customers were using that number for non-emergencies and I would end up spending the day on the phone. . Needless to say we had to find a better way.
We are committed to this town and keeping everyone flowing and hope you think of us next time your septic system needs attention. -Travis
