This allows his son Brian to leverage his business degree and 30 years of business experience to focus on the company's sales and operations functions. Brian works from a home office and Gary uses our family farm as a construction yard. We use our local vendors instead of maintaining a costly showroom and choose not to maintain an expensive model home park. This combination allows us to offer our customers the best value in today's "system built" housing market.
