Here is a look at some exterior repairs to this beautiful colonial farmhouse in preparation for new paint. The new window casings, corner posts, frieze board and rake moulding are all made of a composite PVC material replacing the traditional wooden counterparts that we installed more than 30 years ago.

The Innovation Center here at St. Anthony’s H.S. is in its final stage of remodeling. It is always an absolute pleasure working alongside the Friars Staff and Administration to complete these projects for our future generations.

Check out our latest project at St. Anthony’s High School of South Huntington. We are currently relocating and remodeling the Book Store as well as constructing a state of the art Innovation Center to include a Machine Room and a 3 dimensional Printing Station.

Keeping busy down on the dock here in Amityville. The Hardie board and batten siding is complete on the Boat House. Our deck construction is moving right along, beautiful grey composite decking is laid and secured with hidden fasteners. The white composite skirting wraps the frame perfectly adding nice clean lines while hiding the treated lumber. You’ll notice we’ve also added Versatex column wraps to the front porch. Stay tuned for the interior finishes......

Deck season is upon us here at McDonough Bros.!

Things are moving right along on the exterior of the Main House. The HardiePlank fiber cement siding is complete turning this previously Cedar shingled Cape into a Farmhouse on the Bay.

Here’s an update on our boathouse restoration:

With the boathouse nearly complete we’ve begun the renovation of main house. We added a dormer to the front side of the second floor, creating space for a master suite, two bedrooms, and an additional full bathroom.
