Episode one of From Dirt to Doorstep is live.

Lot 55 at Smith Farm doesn't look like a home yet.
Right now it's dirt, block, and pipe.

This is the stage most buyers never get to see, and it's the stage that decides how everything above it sits.

Where Lot 55 stands today:

1. Ground is broken and the pad is cut
2. Block is up, so the footprint of the home is set
3. Plumbing is in the ground and ready for the foundation pour

I won't be on site for the pour itself, so episode two picks up at framing.

That's when the walls go vertical and the floor plan stops being a drawing and starts being rooms you walk through.
