We did everything we could to help this old girl make it through another summer, but after more than 20 years of service, she finally reached the end of the road. This particular homeowner was able to get a solid 6 additional years out of the system, which is something we’re always happy to see.

We’ve been a little quiet lately, so I may need to get on our media team about keeping things updated! But even though we’re into September, summer is still hanging around—and we’re still keeping customers comfortable.

We were honored to help this family upgrade their HVAC system while addressing ongoing humidity concerns throughout the home.

This project included more than just a new AC system. We also completed a full ductwork overhaul, making sure the duct system was properly sealed, insulated, and wrapped to help improve efficiency, airflow, and overall comfort.

We were also able to connect the homeowners with other trusted trades to help address additional options and improvements throughout the home. We believe in finding the best overall solution, not simply selling a piece of equipment.

Sometimes, homeowners are forced to make a decision sooner than they planned—not because they want to, but because of limited parts availability and supply chain delays.

In this case, the customer's indoor blower motor had failed. The system was 15 years old and used an ECM motor. The OEM replacement was not only expensive, but also several weeks out. We explored aftermarket options through multiple suppliers, but those motors carried similar delays.

After discussing every available option honestly and transparently, the customer decided that replacing the system was the best long-term solution. At Fussell's Elite, we worked hard to find the best path forward and helped them secure a new system that fit their needs and budget.

With the help of Noah Kilgore and his crew, we successfully completed a full HVAC upgrade that included a new air conditioning system and a complete ductwork replacement.

This project consisted of installing 55 feet of new main trunk line and 12 flex duct branch runs, significantly improving airflow throughout the home—including the rooms at the farthest end of the house that had previously struggled to receive adequate air.

There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a customer impressed not only with the performance of their new system, but also with the clean, professional appearance of the finished installation.

Upon inspection, we found the evaporator coil heavily matted with dirt and debris, restricting airflow and causing the issue.

After a thorough coil cleaning using professional cleaner and proper brushing techniques, we were able to restore the coil and improve system performance. Paired with a condenser cleaning, this system is now ready to handle the summer heat.
