Today Chiefs across the fleet and around the world donned “the hat” and were pinned the anchors of a Navy Chief Petty Officer! It was our absolute pleasure as a Navy Chief family to play a small part in that transition.
Plaques were hand crafted from planks of ambrosia maple and red oak all matched grain. Vessels made earlier in the season made from red oak and birch wood.
