Job Location: Shop is in Sugar Grove, job sites range across northern Illinois, some travel possible. We work 5 days per week in all reasonable weather conditions.

Pay: Union scale base, with the opportunity to exceed scale depending on experience and performance

Benefits: We are IBEW 196. Full benefits and pension after 60 days

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening

Local help only, no per diem or hotels provided unless work is outside of our regional area

Job Type: Foreman/Locator:
Must be capable of running an HDD crew, including experience with locating, identifying and locating underground utilities, establishing a safe work environment for the crew, and providing accurate documentation and photographs relating to job completion and safety.
• Valid Drivers license (Class A /Permit required)
• Must be able to understand and follow prints
• Load material and equipment to and from the job site

Job Type: Operator:
• Run Vermeer equipment, we use 23x30 and 20x22
• Must have Class A CDL (permit acceptable)
• Experience using heavy machinery (Mini Excavator, Skid Steer, Combo)
• Load material and equipment to and from the job site
• Help other crew members with job tasks (site walks, hand dig, site prep, restoration)

Pay: Union scale base, with the opportunity to exceed scale depending on experience and performance

Benefits: We are IBEW 196. Full benefits and pension after 60 days

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
