Here is a project we have underway in St.Charles. This home was built in the late 1800's. It has withstood mothernature and many many years of aging. Its been a long time since the last paint job was completed. It definitely was time for another. We power washed, scraped, caulked, primed, and began finish painting. We apply two coats of Sherwin-Williams Latitude Exterior Latex paint. Here are two before photos and a during photo. Stay tuned for the final photos.

We get the pleasure of working on some really cool projects. This was one of them. The size of the pergola/bandshell area is HUGE!!!. Our scaffolding is 12' tall, and our heads dont make the top.
This project is still a few weeks away from being complete, there is several portions to this. Not only did we stain the framing with Rymar Extreme Weather in the color Pinecone, there is shiplap ceiling boards we stained with Rymar Extreme Weather in clear. Those we stained and stacked in another area. Then a metal roof will go over it all.

Here are some before, during, and after photos of the framing being stained. Due to the extensive rock landscape, we had to do some extra covering to ensure all the stone stayed clean!

Is your front door looking worn and old? We can help! Here are before and after photos. We sanded the old finish really well and primed it with A100 Oil Primer by Sherwin-Williams , then after some more sanding and prep, we applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane in the color Tarragon SW9660.

We take on all types of jobs. Normally it's a repair or a repaint. Sometimes we help get a home ready to sell. This particular case, the stairwell to the basement was custom hand painted Pac Man by their very talented daughter. But they are selling and this awesome artwork had to go. It was hard to erase the hard work and time put into this.
However, two skim coats of drywall compound, a prime coat, and two finish coats of paint and the stairwell looks like new.
